Deal with this company at your own risk. The owner will misrepresent his warranty. Technically challenged. He ordered the wrong product to replace a window due to a bad dimension that the owner took. He modified the insert and would not honor his word on the warranty after I asked about the modification and the ramifications. Technically this company should stick to automobile window replacements. People wonder why more and more customers drive to Sierra Vista for services. Mr. Norriega is a big reason.
Beware of these people if you value great customer service. The owner has the manners of ademon. Told Mr to rudely get out of my own car so he could do the work and then proceeded to install my window in the most forceful manner I'd ever seen. The entire car was shaking. Then he glued the mirror onto the window so low.. My son can't drive the car. Very initialize unprofessional people...
