Hi i just wanted to add a review for the expected mother's this place isnt where you want to go i highly recommend you go with another place as this place has poor customer service i have been calling this place since i was 8 weeks now im 20 weeks i have left voicemail with no return phone calls and i have call all different times during business hours with no answer this place doesn't care or value its customer so please don't waste your money customer service is very important it shows where puts in effort in
Not happy with their picture quality is very bad, and blurry. I even questioned the tech if it was 3d/4d, she says, what I'm looking for is Hd?? Mmmmmhh...ok I'm out. Paid $59
Highly recommend you go anywhere else. We had to go back 4 times because they couldn't get the image and the tech blamed my wife. Then she said she is never wrong, which should have a red flag, and that she'll do what she needed to get the picture. Not only did she hurt my wife in the process but she was so wrong! Turns out she ***doesn't know how to read the scans!!!!!*** Terrible place that bribes people with discounts for good reviews posted BEFORE the ultrasound!
