We had a significant leak from our bathtub that required emergency inspection and action due to water damage, and Graham, Pat, Eric and the rest of the crew were great. Very fast, friendly and professional, and addressed everything as quickly as possible. They removed damaged materials, set up equipment and provided explanations and expectations, which helped to understand the situation as it went. Thanks guys!

Water damage was turned into a seamless restoration experience -- When a water pipe burst inside our basement, we were faced with the aftermath. My house had a water leak from a washing machine connection on the top floor. It damaged my main floor and basement ceilings and warped some hardwood floors. My insurance assigned Graham's team to do the remediation and rebuild. First General handled remediation, property and painting. They were very professional and would fix any issues we had. They contracted out high quality flooring, electrical and HVAC techs to get the house fully restored.
