I can’t say enough good things about First General. After a recent rainstorm in Sarnia, water started leaking into our basement through the seal around one of the windows. It was stressful seeing water come in, but First General made the entire restoration process smooth and worry-free. A special thanks to Ross, our project manager—he was fantastic to work with. Had a flood in my house and I was lost; did not know what to do. After googling and checking reviews I went with first general. Truly they took care of everything stress free.
Had a great experience with First General Sarnia. It was a Saturday and had a flood and called most restoration companies and they all said that they wouldn’t service over the weekend however these guys picked up my call and they were at my house an hour after I called them and didn’t leave until they finished the work. Never seen anyone works with passion like first general guys.
Constant change of project managers, no proper handover, no planning, and leaving mess behind. Stay away at all costs
