Not only did they eff up the threshold dimensions (as seen in the pictures) which they they refuse to take any responsibility, The automatic door locking mechanism failed in less than 12 months - They refuse to warrant the workmanship or at the very least the parts. Excellent service with knowledgeable staff!
STEAR CLEAR of this company! They will disappoint on both reasonable timelines and workmanship. if your insurance adjuster recommends using this company, do yourself a favour and request other options or just take the buy out. The head aches are just not worth it…
These guys were thoroughly professional and left me completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend First General, they taught with my insurance for me. Thank you guys. You were great.
