We had a leak to our basement requiring holes cut in both wall and ceiling to prevent black mold. First General responded immediately to complete the initial damage. They dried out the basement very fast and efficiently and secured our furniture, items well. The team at First General were very clean and tidy. They worked really hard and did a terrific job. You would never know there had been damage at all. Thank you First General for making our home livable again…off to a fresh new start.

Absolutely impressed with the team that handled our basement. From the initial demo to the final clean-up, everything was done with care and attention to detail.
