I am very satisfied with this company! My basement flooded and First General responded quickly. They were very thorough and professional. Ronnie was managing the restoration and he was courteous and a great communicator. You can be confident that a great job will be done with this company.
As a rule, I do not give 5 star ratings . My experience with Andy was exceptional. Very attentive and accommodating. I experienced two sewer back ups within a week. He arranged for immediate response for clean up on both occasions. I felt he clearly understood my needs and reacted accordingly. I have to mention Pilar. She did a great job at organising the the clean up and being hands on herself. Both Andy and Pilar are tremendous assets to First General. Thank you for your services. Jerry Fascione
I had an excellent experience with First General from start to finish. They were assigned by my insurance company after a basement leak, and from the moment they got involved, the response was quick, professional, and reassuring. Ronny, the Project Manager assigned to my job, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was always available when I needed help, kept things moving, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. His team did a great job with the initial containment and restoration work. A special thank... read more

They kept us informed during the mitigation and repair processes, treated our home with respect, and worked hard to restore everything back to normal. A special thank you to Jeff, our Project Manager, whose support, communication... read more
