From start to Finish we had great communication, on time appointments, and superb service. Brad was our project manager and he was professional and lonely with communication with us, and our insurance company. Anthony and Nick were quick and kept our home clean. Construction was perfect. The stress of a flood and dealing with insurance was lowered due to Brad taking the reins. Thank you

On Sunday June 21, we had the misfortune of experiencing a flooded basement . Our insurance company contacted First General to come out and deal with the issue. First Jayden came to assess the damage on this past Friday, and then Raymon and his crew came today to remove the carpet and underlay, spray the floors with an antifungal solution and set up dehumidifiers to deal with the situation. This is the best restoration company! They took great care in thoroughly inspecting the damage, preventing further issues, and restoring everything with exceptional attention to detail. Marek and Carslee were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I can't recommend them highly enough!
