Last July, we experienced a sewage leak that completely ruined our finished basement. The emergency mitigation team from First General (recommended by our insurance company) did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. They provided a repair quote, which was later revised after receiving the carpeting company’s estimate. At that point, everything seemed reasonable. Between no one going into the deck grabbing property that was on the balcony to no one actually keeping bedrooms separate while boxing our home after the fire and flood damages to no one inspecting my computer monitor to see it spider web cracked after telling us everything was inspected and sent the documents to my insurance company well I just plugged it in and it's spider cracked to Hell.

Our condo flooded and all the flooring had to be replaced also kitchen cabinets and some drywall….The work was completed in 3 months and we were happy with the end result thank you First General job well done!!! Chris and Anne.

These guys are top notch. We had hired them for site prep and demo on a renovation project and the communication was very clear, the quality of dust and floor protection for untouched areas was excellent, all for a fair price. The workers on site and coordinators were very respectful - overall very professional company - you won’t be disappointed!
