The review below that I wrote was actually for suburban propane but I can’t remove it. Sorry first fuel, it’s not you.
If I could use a negative number I would. This is the worst company in Columbia county to deal with. They “forgot” to schedule a delivery two days before Christmas and the driver said he would only deliver if I have him $250 cash in his pocket. Their mistake and they charged me that !! After I left they would not pick up their tanks for ten months no matter how much I asked. Manager Brian has no feelings for what he did. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! You will be so screwed!!!! Just beginning our second year as a customer with First Fuel and Propane, and could not be happier! They offer competitive pricing and are a locally owned business! Whenever I have contacted the company, the staff is always very friendly, helpful and professional! I have a difficult driveway in winter, and the staff has always been extremely cooperative and understanding when scheduling my fuel deliveries. Strongly recommend them whenever the opportunity arises!
