If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. Customer service is atrocious, largely from the top down. Mr. Coons was nasty, abrasive and unwilling to accept responsibility in refunding money due to a faulty tank. I had also set up an appointment a couple of years ago to have my tanks moved farther away from my home for aesthetic purposes, and the technician/sales person never showed up and never called. If I could use a negative number I would. This is the worst company in Columbia county to deal with. They “forgot” to schedule a delivery two days before Christmas and the driver said he would only deliver if I have him $250 cash in his pocket. Their mistake and they charged me that !! After I left they would not pick up their tanks for ten months no matter how much I asked. Manager Brian has no feelings for what he did. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! You will be so screwed!!!!
