Clean and friendly
Carrie and jamie went out of their way to help me today. I have a car loan through usf in Tampa and had to jump through a bunch of hoops but I couldn’t have done it without them. I had to go to vystar to get the check for my payoff amount and they were so rude I left in tears but coming back to First Florida and being helped by Carrie and Jamie made it all worth it! Thank you ladies so much!
I no longer have access to my online banking, which is frustrating because I rely on it to make payments and keep track of my loans. Unfortunately, my access was revoked due to too many returned payments. I wasn’t aware this could happen, so I didn’t think much of it at the time. Had I received some kind of warning, I definitely would have taken steps to prevent it from continuing. I understand I share some responsibility, but a heads-up would have made a big difference.
It was a pleasure to meeting Michael Stoner he treaded me like a old friend he new for years I’m happy I joined
