I no longer have access to my online banking, which is frustrating because I rely on it to make payments and keep track of my loans. Unfortunately, my access was revoked due to too many returned payments. I wasn’t aware this could happen, so I didn’t think much of it at the time. Had I received some kind of warning, I definitely would have taken steps to prevent it from continuing. I understand I share some responsibility, but a heads-up would have made a big difference.

I was looking forward to growing with this credit union. Unfortunately, I closed my account. I payed off my auto loan early and due to an error that was made by member service Rep Amber, that error caused me to lose around $500. There was no empathy shown by her, she was just transactional. I appreciate the other member specialist who was very empathetic and the branch manager who was apologetic for trying to make the situation better. However, I lost those funds.
