If I could give yall 0 stars I would. For this to be a bank the hours are awful. I can’t reach a live person after 6pm is ridiculous. This isn’t the company to have a debit card with because when you have an issue you must wait until office hours to address them. 👎
Clean and friendly
Carrie and jamie went out of their way to help me today. I have a car loan through usf in Tampa and had to jump through a bunch of hoops but I couldn’t have done it without them. I had to go to vystar to get the check for my payoff amount and they were so rude I left in tears but coming back to First Florida and being helped by Carrie and Jamie made it all worth it! Thank you ladies so much!
