I had ordered a package through Amazon which used this shipping service to deliver, the package was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Apparently, the package has arrived at the city two weeks ago but has not been delivered since then. For the first week when it arrived at the city, it said delayed beyond control, and after that no update on the tracking. Emailed them twice and even called but there was no response.
Horrible experience. My package arrived tampered, items worth over ₹15,000 were missing, and one was damaged. ShipGlobal gave zero real support—just copy-paste replies and no accountability. After wasting weeks, they told me to contact the vendor. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Never using them again. Tracking number- SG32505233027390
