I've done over 500k in loans with this company. The current manager Monica has been my last point of contact regarding my loans. My wife has obtained a loan from this credit union as well. The rates of this credit union are amazing. I can't say anything bad about the rates. However, the new customer service that's been provided by Monica is horrible.
