The staff here, Quinetta, and the manager are both so helpful anytime I have any issues, whether due to online stuff or my own confusion. They are extremely kind and helpful and are willing to work with me until the situation is resolved. I cannot recommend them enough!

My bank account is frozen at 4:30 Friday. There is money in it. I showed up at 4:45 to see what's going on, and they said "systems are down". I'm stuck for the weekend because there is no customer service Saturday and Sunday. ALL I DID WAS HAVE MY PAYCHECK DEPOSITED AND USED THE CARD LIKE ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING!!!
