No long lines and friendly staff
Unfournately, I have to change my review of the customer services at this particular branch to a one. This branch fails to take care of it's customers needs and the services is non-existence. To include, the ATM machine continually malfunctions or is closed forcing its customers to use another ATM. POOR POOR POOR service. And the 800 number is worthless you can get a hold anyone at this bank.
The wait time is crazy and I’ve been calling since this morning this is only the last two times. This branch can’t be that busy… And the. There’s the communication 🤦♀️
I've had great service from this credit union over the years, and I truly mean that. They've helped me out quite a few times with loans, and I am forever indebted to them for that. However, in the past year, the service and their availability has gone down dramatically. The last straw for me was when they got rid of their ATM. So I'm going to have to close my account and find another credit union, hopefully one nearby.
