First Financial in Edmonds knows thier customer's by name and delivers excellent service. There have been many times that they came and picked up deposits when we were busy. They have always gone well above and beyond what other banks would have not done. And has exceed our expectations. Thanks FFNW bank!
The service here at First Financial NW Edmonds, is outstanding! My husband and I have received the very best banking service for our small businesses! Nicki Dickerson (Business Banker) and Ashley Davis (Branch Manager) make us feel so valued and appreciated! Because the bank follows the CDC guidelines for Covid 19, we feel secure doing business in person and always look forward to seeing their friendly staff.
As a relatively new customer, I am extremely pleased with the service provided at the Edmonds location. The service is especially personalized to me. It’s nice to be recognized when you walk into a place of business these days. No one likes just being a number. I look at the errand to the bank to be a pleasant experience every time I go in the door—not just as another chore to be done.
Very slow online banking system and frequently under some type of “maintenance” for multiple days not able to access any business or personal account information. Very poor customer service follow through setting up the phone access system.
