Arlette overcame many challenges related to my being out of the country for business for the majority of our time working together. Her willingness to adapt and text or call via Facetime Audio was extremely helpful in enabling me to buy the house I wanted at terms and financing that was extremely market competitive. Will recommend her to all my work colleagues.
I can't express enough what a God-send Arlette was in our across state home purchase. It was a VERY complicated deal at the last second with another out of state lender, but Arlette pulled us out of it in only 5 business days with a clear to close and all between the week of Christmas and New Year! It would have cost us thousands if it would have fallen through and I don't know of anyone that would have given us that much care and attention during the busiest week of people's lives. She has my loyalty and my appreciation.
Arlette was a pleasure to work with. She made the loan process virtually stress-free! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient with my lack of knowledge and million questions, and responsive. I would absolutely work with her again, given the opportunity!
