Unfortunately our school district is served by FFGA. My HSA contribution through them has taken 4 days to 31 & 33 days to post! In the mean time, I don't have my contributed funds to pay medical bills on time & incur late penalties. Ridiculous.
Probably the worst company to manage your FSA. Submitted documentation for manual reimbursement, then they denied the claim right before the deadline to submit new paperwork. I called several times over the next few months trying to figure out why things were denied or what needed to be done and it took 4+ months for someone to tell me they don't take paperwork after 8/31 for the plan year.
There was a glitch in the online version. It dropped a spouse life insurance that I did not drop. I called the Main office and Karen Martinez was kind enough to reinstate what had been dropped and answered my questions. I appreciate her. Joyce Cook Pleasant Grove High School Texarkana, Texas
