The quality of service has dropped tremendously the last couple of years. You can't get through on the phone anymore, and you can't speak to anyone above a supervisor level. You used to be able to call and get someone who could handle your phone call and help you out. Now it's just rude an anonymous phone clerk who think they are judge judy.
