This is a front for Bank of America. FFB does not really exist. Got a letter today that my account with a static balance of >$50,000.00 will be charged $6 a month because "we are experiencing difficulties in our business" . Whoopee. Bad management=charge the savers. Bye!!
Viscous people. Have been reporting to my credit for three years when we agreed to an account closure. Nasty collection tactics, verbal abuse, and unfair collection practices. Will not operate under the terms of the laws governing fair debt collections practices. I highly recommend seeking a different Credit Union.
This is by far the worst bank I have ever imagined to work with. Took them over a year to get direct deposit set up correctly. And after I got rid of a vehicle and have had a new one for over a month first financial continued to pull for their previous vehicle I owned. Terrible business terrible management. Id advise anyone to run their other way when it comes down to deciding this god awful bank.
Horrible customer service experience. The representative was rude and unwilling to assist. I will never use a First Financial bank because of this.
