I have been waiting for over two weeks for my debit card. This credit union needs to get with the 20th century and update the out of date system they are currently using. And stop blocking and deleting messages that you don't agree with. Whatever happened to transparency and the first amendment?

I really do want to recommend, but man alive, the online portal is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I have to reset my account almost every single time I try to access it. It is not easy or consumer friendly and really does a disservice to your overall brand and my impression of the bank. It's unfortunate, but I am such a big online banker that this is a huge inconvenience for me and limits my interest in doing any additional backing with FFCU.
FFCU has been my favorite credit union for over 20 years because they always provided me with quality service with a smile.
