This mortgage company I worked with was highly unprofessional and engaged in deceptive practices. The representative involved, jean and she failed to provide truthful information consistently. During the refinancing process, she continued to provide false details and seemed to play games with me, including inaccurate interest rate and double the agreed-upon refinance fees. Great branch with great people. A special shout out to the manager Kathy Oman. They say that customer service is dead. She has restored my faith. She has gone above and beyond to help me with a couple of banking issues over the last year.
I am very disappointed for this bank’s service, after providing all documents based on their request, my loan officer just simply “disappeared”! Very irresponsible!
