Update: they finally figured out that the card caddy app was fowling everything up. It took about a year to fix but at least it’s fixed. I was not looking forward to changing my personal and business accounts to another bank. While the people here are great there are 11 spots to park and all full with one person in the branch. I did see an entourage of people walk in to the meeting room while I waited but if employees are parking in the lot and I am paying to park I have an issue with that. Might need to find a new location ... read more

Attempted to make an account due to the FCC promos. They took all my information and refused to verify me and I cannot delete the account. I was very hopeful but I should have done more research, did not expect them to already have a one star review. I suppose I'm glad I didn't open an account with them due to how bad they've treated others but it is unfortunate they're blasting this promo and the bank has this many red flags.
