THEY ARE VERY UNWELCOMING AND RUDE
UPDATE: After writing this review the vice president of first financial called me and got me everything I needed. Vice president was helpful and prompt. She changed my rating from a 1-3. Original review: Absolutely horrible service. Employees are unhelpful and incompetent. I regret ever putting a cent in first financial bank. Will be closing my account and moving to a different bank. Horrible experience. I hope no else has to experience this.
I have been with my first financial bank for almost 2 years and I love this bank cause of their great customer service and the people who have always been nice at the window and inside. Great Bank great people
The employees are very kind and helpful. Ryleigh, a polite young lady, seems to be well educated to help you in any area of your business there.
