I cannot speak highly enough about Katherine Mathews of the Palacios branch. She has been a god send to me and my elderly parents. Katherine has gone above and beyond her job title. In a world that seems to be all business it’s nice to know that there are still people who demonstrate compassion. It is not something you see in today’s world. THANK YOU!
