This is the only bank that answers the phone with a rude"hello" and when asked if this is the bank, shereplues with a sarcastic "yep". I have dealt with this rude person several months ago and she is still there still being rude. I think her name is "Aubrey". This bank stole a woman's identity, ran up her debit card, then refused to pay her back. That woman took her own life last night. Don't ever consider banking here.
