Did not bank here. I put stop a payment on fraudulent activity. The Branch manager Ashley Evan’s promised me that she stopped payment from that company. Well today I realized that $28,000.00 was fraudulently taken out of my account, and the bank has basically told me that there is nothing they can do. That the money is gone.
Tellers were awful. Very rude. Just got a new identification card and they issue a paper copy. The very rude teller told me that I would have to wait two weeks to cash my check or until I got my hard copy of my I'd card. Every other bank In town takes it except this lady. Horrible service, didn't greet me, or even smile not once. She was just plain awful, mean. I was going to open an account here that day nope not now. Lost my business
