I was so thankful that I did not have to go through this bank anymore for anything, however they never sent in a lien release to our local county clerks office. Because they did not do that I have spent two days ( now a month) trying to get the lien release done. They are inept, they do not listen and they are completely unreliable. Is this a bank or a check cashing store? Literally you will have less headache if you go to any other bank instead of this one... Great place to bank and fantastic folks...
Worst banking experience of my life and struggle to even find anyone in the office to even speak with. Fail to perform the simplest of tasks such as make tax payments from escrow even after bringing it to their attention on four separate occurrences. I will be moving my accounts ASAP....
