This institution is a joke. First of all Julie is about the rudest person I've ever spoken to and offers nothing but arrogant retorts if you call for assistance. Not sure how someone so callus was promoted in a customer service position but I'd never choose to do business with them again strictly because of her
Great bank to bank at
unprofessional. undeserving of any stars. I called multiple times for info on opening an account. never got an answer. I left a detailed message as the answering machine stated and a week later my call was never returned. I'll be taking my big money elsewhere.
I have had nothing but trouble with the bank. It's been a trouble to get a limit upped to get groceries and pay bills the same day. They haven't helped me but One time. I think I will be looking for a new bank who helps their customers instead of treating me like I owe them. What a shame I used to use them a couple of years ago and now I'm embarrassed to tell people I bank with them.
