Employees are very friendly and helpful
Terrible customer service, my son has been deployed at the last minute with three days to prepare to leave the country for 9-12 months. he reached out 3 times to close this account. It was never done. He sent me an email stating this was still not done and that they are charging him $3 a month if not closed. I called customer service to see what we could do to avoid this. been with for ten year charged me $34.00 over draft fee for over drawing .34 cents will be going to different bank from now on
This bank is the worse that I have been associated with. The "holds" on accounts are unbelievably difficult and the fee's are outrageous. I would recommend finding another!
