0 stars. Laura Dunbar ext2072 gave my number to her brother who called me and threatened me. She later called me from her personal phone to continue the harassment. I have their calls on my voicemail. We'll see what a lawyer can do with this.
I’ve been renting from Enterprise for many years.Cars often had big scratches, sizable paint chips.When I returned the car, there was small chip 1/8 inch on the door. Ast. Mgr started to fill-out accident report. As there was no accident, I objected to the process. 4 wks later, I received an estimate for the repair for $320. They call me every 3 days... they want money but wont provide anything in writing. As if I am going to give them money without a thing in writing! this has been going on for months. I no longer answer there calls.
I would give 0 stars but they won't let you. I have told these people that they are calling the wrong number and to stop calling me yet they refuse to stop and still call constantly. There should be a law against things like this.
