Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child’s savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank’s requests for documentation. Horrible experience. Do not recommend!
We had a bake sale at the Moore Walmart today and all we wanted to do was trade small bills for big bills at the end of the sale. My wife gave you my account # as requested and you refused to do it. No transactions were being completed on the account. This is exactly why I do not use First Fidelity for my banking needs. I will be closing my account that I’ve had for almost 20 years. Too many terrible experiences.
