I can't ever log into my FFSB account. I have reached out the company and have not heard back after many weeks. Unfortunately there is only ONE of these banks and the hours aren't the greatest so I can never stop in. Save your time and choose a bigger bank like Chase or PNC.
Trying to get somebody on the phone for the past 2 hours looks like we'll just have to take a day off work and drive up there tomorrow
