I can't ever log into my FFSB account. I have reached out the company and have not heard back after many weeks. Unfortunately there is only ONE of these banks and the hours aren't the greatest so I can never stop in. Save your time and choose a bigger bank like Chase or PNC.
Trying to get somebody on the phone for the past 2 hours looks like we'll just have to take a day off work and drive up there tomorrow
Tara, is very dedicated and always goes the extra mile to get the job done for her clients. She is very professional and full of Knowledge! I would have no problem recommending friends and / or family to her.
Staff always friendly but they don't always pay attention to what you ask them to do. Emily always is quick to correct the mistakes of staff. If you have more than one account with them you have to make sure they enter deposits correctly!
