I would not recommend using their services for a home mortgage. They are honestly probably the worst overall business I have had to work with in my entire life, and easily the worst mortgage experience I've ever had. Here's a brief list of issues I've experienced: 1) As others have mentioned their website is very difficult to navigate or use. Applied for a loan and immediately started receiving loan related spam calls and emails. I tried reporting it to their fraud department and the email bounced. If you value your sanity and privacy, beware of this lender.
I have been doing business with FFL for over 50 years! I highly recommend them for banking and mortgages!
