Would not recommend anyone getting a mortgage through this bank. Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone at this site while holding a full time Job. Their business hours 9am-4pm and a 1hr lunch break. Have dropped off house payment to nightly deposit box, 2 times payment has gone missing with no explanation as to why. Every year they mess up my escrow payment. Wont do business with this bank again once my loan is paid off. Staff is rude and they will not work with you if you have any issues making a pmt on time.
Home sale/closing was delayed 3.5 weeks due to the sheer incompetence of this institution. Never recommending to others. Be sure to look for lending elsewhere.
Great customer service, I have accounts with a few different banks because I run a small business but I am always impressed by FFLs customer service !
