I would never get another Morgage loan Through this lender, and as a matter of fact, I will be calling today to switch my loan because you can’t set up auto pay. I have been with First Federal Lakewood for almost 2 years now and I remember when we first got our mortgage through them it being a huge pain to set up auto pay because my bank that I am with is an outside bank and there’s no way to set up auto pay with First Federal Lakewood without giving it an end date. I would not recommend using their services for a home mortgage. They are honestly probably the worst overall business I have had to work with in my entire life, and easily the worst mortgage experience I've ever had. Here's a brief list of issues I've experienced: 1) As others have mentioned their website is very difficult to navigate or use. If you want to pay your mortgage bill online, you don't login to your account, you must pay as a guest. 2) They do not accept electronic payments from other banks because they are in th... read more

Applied for a loan and immediately started receiving loan related spam calls and emails. I tried reporting it to their fraud department and the email bounced. If you value your sanity and privacy, beware of this lender.
