Avoid at all costs. Their website is non-useable, they'll let you know years later your account isn't set up correctly and late fees have been adding up.
I opened an account at the Fairview Park branch and everyone was friendly. They answered my questions and helped me with other loan and investment options. Sarrah and Brian were great. I didn't feel pressured about other investment choices I may make in the future. Local is better. I was only a number at my last bank where they closed branches and can't answer their phone. Customer service???
Your App is awful especially Sunday morning. Awful. Never works.
Absolutely do not use for a vehicle loan online payment is a nightmare, the help is limited and the mobile website/ app will not let you make payments.
