I strongly caution any business owner considering financing through this company to think very carefully before signing anything. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been poor throughout the process. Austin, in particular, repeatedly failed to respond to emails and faxed requests in a timely manner, even when the requests involved basic account documentation and payoff information.
