Been a customer for decades and this branch is so SLOW.... I am going to have to connect with another branch location even though I live here...
I've been with Fisrt Federal of Lakewood for a year now and they have provided the best banking experience I've had yet. The staff at my local branch are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, to the point of helping me enforce customer-beneficial policies from other financial institutions that those places try to avoid. I highly recommend FFL - especially for small business owners like myself.
