I would like to address a few issues I encountered at First Federal on Moffett Rd. I was selling a vehicle to an individual, who had obtained a loan from you, I drove up to First Federal to find a man in the Automobile installing an alarm system, without even an transaction made. My daughter had driver the vehicle there. Then when I went in to make a transaction, the young girl representing Federal Finance, starting telling me this check was to be sent to Navigator to pay off the loan.
