Been with FFCU for 40 years..there the Best..
We would like to commend Krista Swyers for the way she helped us recently with a wire transfer related to a real estate purchase. She was friendly, professional, and very thorough in her preparation of the related documents. We were greeted as soon as we entered the office on First Avenue. We did not have to wait to see Krista even though we did not have an appointment. We are very pleased with the customer service we received at FFCU.
Janell has always hooked me up with all of my financial needs! She has got the bestest sense of humor EVER!
The personal banker here Janell is a joke. This woman literally acts as if she came to work drunk. Also had to deal with Chris Neal and I don’t know how he is employed here but if this man cheats on his wife he obviously gets away with things.
