I am disheartened to see the one-star review of First Federal Home Loans left by a dissapointed community member. First Federal has been phenomonal during our purchase and refinancing. Banks cannot loan on certain building types or conditions, but it shouldn't be vented as a refection of the hard working employees of the bank.
