Very good dealings both professionally and personally with everyone at First Federal. On the business side, they couldn’t have made things easier. Lee, Kim and team were always available and had tips for moving forward. On the personal side, Kristen and her team were very attentive and helped us achieve our goals. Very innovative and available. On the trust side, Tenille was helpful and listened to our needs and goals. Highly recommend First Federal for your banking needs.
Phones lead to nowhere, I am not sure they quite know what they are doing. It cost almost 100 dollars a year to bank with them. Yet they claim they add to the community. I would give them a minus stars, but I can only give them the lowest rating. 😔
