I don’t know who the lady with the accent is, but her attitude is rude. I went in to ask about printing my bank statements and she acted like I couldn’t have been any more of an inconvenience to her. And why would it cost $15 to print off my statements when the Rupert building will do it for free?

I’ve been a long-standing customer, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite having no outstanding debt and a solid history with this company, I was treated poorly when I made a simple request for a small accommodation. It felt dismissive and unappreciative, especially given my loyalty over time. This bank should value long-term relationships, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. I won’t be continuing to bank with a business that treats long term customers this way.

After 30 years it's time for a change. Horrible bank. Our entire family is going to take our banking elsewhere. Despite great credit and no debt and a good job, this bank couldn't even approve a 2,500 loan for a junker car. They make you feel like you're just not good enough to bank there and they only seem to cater to wealthy California retireess. I've been banking there since a kid and they treat us like garbage. Why would I continue to give them 100's of thousands of dollars a year from our paychecks? We're not.
