Lamier was incredibly professional, managed to squeeze me into his schedule with only 30 minutes' notice, and diagnosed my condenser unit's malfunction quickly. He charged a more than fair price for prompt work and I plan on calling him the next time I need my HVAC serviced. An honest repairman is with his weight in gold and from where I'm standing, Lamier is bullion.

First Family was fantastic. We had a larger heating company as our usual techs but they really let us down when we lost power and didn’t help us in a timely or fair fashion. First Family was our answer. Reliable, prompt and fair. Will be using them from here on out.

Professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. Lamier helped me identify the problems with the AC unit and was able to solve them seamlessly. Not to mention he's a very down to earth and friendly guy. Great pricing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Came the same day my AC broke down even though he had to schedule it in the evening. Worked in the rain! Was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very fair price, and upfront about the cost. This is my new go-to business.
