Reached out to Lamier at First Family after another HVAC company tried to convince me I needed to replace my entire system at over $20,000. I knew something wasn't right so called Lamier for a second opinion and sure enough I only need to replace a part for $500. Lamier is honest and hard working - two exceptional traits to have in this business. I will make sure to call him first from now on. Highly recommend him.

My heating system recently went out on me. I called Family Heating and Air services. They were able to schedule an evening appointment, which I appreciated because of my schedule. My technician Lamir arrived on time, was very professional and quickly diagnosed my issue. What really impressed me was how clearly he explained the problem and the repair process. There were no surprise fees and he had the parts needed right then and there. Within minutes the heat was back and running. I highly recommend his services.
