I went to a company my sister in law for my nephews appointment. I didn’t not like that the speech therapist did not interact with my nephew until after they were in session in the room, I feel like if you want to make the children comfortable with you, you should interact with them as soon as we arrive. While we walked into the back office areas the therapists was walking way ahead of us and my nephew was turning away not wanting to walk into the rooms. Getting early help for your child when they’re not meeting milestones is hard enough—but wondering if you’re getting the right help makes it even harder.
