Terrible. Bait and Switch of apartments on a grand scale. Lies about broker's fee and charges much much more than originally stated. Showed me one wonderful apt to reel me in to giving him my personal information- he sends my money and application to an apt I told him I did not want! What an ass. Does not perform the job with any integrity and leaves clients in a bad situation with bad landlords. Do not give your cash to this untrustworthy real estate agency. Save yourself.

I was desperate to find an apt when the one I'd been living in for 6 years was suddenly having flooding problems and became a health hazard. Trying to find an apt on my own wasn't working and i was forced to use a broker. Within two weeks of working with first executive realty i was able to sign the lease for my new apt. I came close to taking an apt that i was not sure was the best and really expensive. Shiek is the name and face of this company and unfortunately he is one of the worst human beings I've met. He is rude, forgetful, not punctual, and just plain careless. He is not up front about pricing, changes numbers and amenities after you show up to the apartment units, and basically disregards what his listings actually say. I just received a call from Shiek Hossain after I inquired about an apartment through zumper and he was extremely rude and hung up on me without confirming the price of the apartment. I've never experienced such a rude personality from a real estate agent in all the months my boyfriend and I have been looking for an apartment. Bad first impression First Executive Real Estate. Definitely will avoid them in the future.
