Ms.Chatman Has A Nasty Attitude And I’ve been without central air for a year! They refused to fix it ! An I had to pay for windows units! They didn’t have closet doors repaired,ceiling fans,stove,no vent for the stove, and there is no way to get my furniture or groceries down the alley because it is very slim and I am a big guy! They refuse to come fix anything! They failed inspection twice and told me I would have to move if they don’t fix it! they will hear for my Lawyer!

First Evangelist was great when Rev. Taylor was alive .Now it is run by crooked,money grubbing people who wrongfully shut down magnolia villa , illegally evicted disabled people a blind person, senior citizens sold the building. Wouldn't repair roof ,and the hot water heater was out for 10 months never got repaired. It was rat and roach infested. The people who run it should be federaly investigated people asked local government to help and the local news no help was given.
