Buyer beware!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company will take your home and has no intention of ever helping you. They will tell you they will but they are just waiting for you to make that 1 mistake and boom, there they go filing foreclosure. Their attorney is no better. They fraudently acquire mortgages and their attorney who also owns his own title company makes up the assignments.
