Requested loan was told I was approved only to find out a few days later after Ive told another bank that approved my loan to not send there appraiser out to my property that I had been approved with first bullshit mortgage. I should of walked when Mrs Phillips said closing costs was going to be around $8000. Only if you knew what me and my husband has been thru these past few weeks.... and we have fought and fought. Susan is a amazing lady ! Absolutely the best! After a short meeting with Susan I decided to drop my out of state mortgage company. Susan made the whole process of buying a home easy and fun! I will definitely use them again in the future!
