Do not use this service. Doesn't make accurate records of your house. Used comps miles away. Absolutely no customer service, doesn't return phone calls. Just in it for a quick buck. Just walked through the house snapping pictures and didn't listen to me about what I was telling him. Do not use this company. Only gave 1 star because no star wasn't available. Do not waste your money!
This appraiser is a fraud! He falsified dates on my appraisal used comps from 3 years ago. Never hire him!
