My electric bill is almost 3 times as much as it was less than 4 years ago, and they can't seem to keep the power on? What exactly are we paying for?
Called; Put on 2.5-hour hold; then required a transfer resulting in another 3-hour hold; currently being transferred again with a 2-3 wait time. Most annoying hold music. This is just to get my security deposit back. Despicable. Laughable. Can't even give me my security deposit themselves with a check. Have to directly me to some shady outside Indian company called North Lane Card Services to open a separate debit card with them. This is literally insane.
Your service on power outages is pathetic! This storm on Friday, power was out for 20 hours!!!! It was fixed in 20 minutes after arrival finally!! Lost all food!! 20 hours!!!! The hottest day of the year!! Unacceptable!!!!

6 hours no power in the middle of July. I have a child and pregnant wife. This is a pathetic company that charges outrageous prices compared to other providers. Can’t wait to ditch this garbage service. Power was out on Tuesday for 6 hours now it’s out again on Friday Jily 25th going on 6 hours and counting.
