Wanted to give a zero. As executor of my mother's estate, I sold a small amount of First Energy stock. The account for the received check from FE could not be located, so the bank bounced the check. Automated phone system is worthless. I'm on hold for well over an hour. Why can no one ever give you an email address so you can keep a record of your correspondence?
