They need people to answer there phone on the weekend
Don't ever EVER allow First Energy to post date an EFT payment. They will not abide by your agreement and will process it before your agreed upon date. Their customer service rep and customer service supervisor are incredibly rude. Even when they had a recording proving the rep guaranteed my payment wouldn't come out before the agreed upon time, they still wouldn't honor it. Hate this company.
