My prepaid bill has went from having to add 200 or close to 300 sometimes which was doable, but now i have been having to add between 500 & 700 dollars per month! Just for electric! I have called them multiple times & was told that the price of electric has went up! I keep the lights off all day, only run the tv & then my normal appliances, nothing has changed from past years. I have been with this company for 2 years with no issues. I recently just had a baby and was late for the first time. When i got the call that they were going to shut my electricity off i told them what happened and they were so rude to me. Even told them it would be caught up this Friday… that wasn’t good enough i was told i should have made a payment arrangement… yeah i should have but l don’t live in a perfect world and things happen.
