If I could give them no stars I would, horrible customer service and when I fell behind due to hardships, I was harassed, threatened and laughed at. Still currently dealing with them months later. I was warned when I got my car about them and wish I had listened.
This company is horrible.....really unprofessional customer service....and who ever there towing company is they take your stuff including government property I will be reporting them!
Everything was ok for the first year as long as I paid on time. As soon as life got rough for me ms Perez got mean and threatened me. I asked to talk to a manager and he was just as bad. I will never refer anyone to this company.
The employees here have always been courteous and professional, but, that's not why I'm giving them 5 stars. They work with you no matter what might be going on in your life. When my parents died and I suddenly had 3 siblings to raise, they were patient and kind. My car payment was late and they gave me a short call not to ask to pay, but instead, when I would be able to make a partial payment. They are really nice. Very helpful. I don't know about the other post but I have never been called any names. I would recommend this place. I would give them a five out of five but they are a finance company.
She is in charge of payments and when you are trying to make a payment she will call you a piece of s* Then when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed!
