If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an incredibly unprofessional experience with Branch Manager Sandra Gentry at the 2919 Allen Parkway, Houston, TX location. My mother funded my new account on 6/23 at 9:32 AM, and days later, I still do not have full access to my account or credentials to log in via the app. After multiple unanswered phone calls and emails (including one sent at 3:33 PM the same day), I finally received an email from Sandra with only the routing and account number — no login credentials, no instructi... read more

I work in the building in Houston and the staff including Nashville staff are amazing and friendly ppl. I love first eagle because they have helped me several times over the years with their services and products. I appreciate them and the staff.

I've banked with the institution for more than 10 years, haven't had any issues however I recently received some outstanding service from Sandra Gentry this lady is truly one of the best in my opinion, I had some misinformation giving to me about my pension, she was patient, kind, understanding and will to help. Not only did she correct my issue, which was partly my fault, she went above and beyond to help with a better rate. I will forever be grateful for her assistance!
